There are three ways to send us your daily prices:

1. Upload a file — go to Add Prices and upload your price sheet directly. We accept XLS, XLSX, CSV, and PDF formats.

2. Email it in — download the XLSX template from the upload page, fill it in, and email it to prices@quayside.fish.

3. Fill in the form — use the manual submission form to type prices in directly. No file needed.

Emailing prices@quayside.fish is the fastest method — we process incoming emails automatically.
Confirm the extracted data

After you upload or email a price sheet, we extract the data and send you a confirmation link. The confirm page shows a table of every species, grade, and price we extracted.

Click Looks good to publish immediately, or Fix something to edit any values before publishing.

If we don't hear back within 2 hours, the data is auto-published as-is.
Reading Competitive Position

The scoreboard at the top shows how many species you have the best UK price for, how many are above market, and how many are below market.

In the per-species bar chart, the red marker shows the UK average across all ports. Your bar shows where you land. A Best UK badge means you have the highest price in the country for that species today.

Click any species row to expand it and see which specific ports you're ahead of or behind.
Smart Alerts
